What is the stage for the dream dancer, on which he can present his dance choreographies and bring his show characters to life, is to me this incredible and historical property! With huge childish enthusiasm and an abundance of creativity, I ventured a few years ago to this art project! However, this splendid mansion has directed everything by itself, conquered my heart and developed a life of its own. Furnitures, decorations, room themes, redevelopment plans and the necessary know-how, ... everything comes together by itself and breathes life into this project!

An artistic manor with around 50 rooms and various vaulted cellars, built similar to a labyrinth that after the completion of the project, once entered, one does not want to step out of it anymore, from being so amazt and fascinated by the worlds experienced in it. A mysterious, exciting, bizarre or beautifully creative and artistic decoration theme, will be hidden behind each door, waiting for the visitors to open and to step in. An imaginative journey, traveling back in time, far away from the modern world and technology and a small rural oasis at once, for stressed, tired people who long for some rest, peace of mind and relaxation and want to recharge their energies!

Looking for the right property for this project, I have been surching 1 whole year long at various real estate brokers nationwide and finally moved after 18 years of living in the city bustle from the metropolis of Hamburg, in the year 2011, in the sunny and natural kingdom of Thuringia, in this wonderfully, historic mansion from the 17th century!

This location is about 35 minutes from the traditional capitalcity of Erfurt, about 45 minutes from the cultural city of Weimar, about 30 minutes from Nordhausen, about 1 hour from Leipzig and around 1 hour from Jena and is located directly on the Thuringian Gate. In Sachsenburg, the Wipper (a tributary) flows into the Unstrut (an approximately 192 km long tributary of the Saale). Due to its particularly strategic location on the Thuringian Gate, castles for monitoring the traffic route from Erfurt to Magdeburg, were built in the early days. Thus, in the 12th century, the "Lower Saxony Castle" and in the 13th century the "Upper Saxony Castle", after this village has been named.

It will certainly still be years before the project is fully completed, but I would like to alreay offer you, as a particularly welcome guest or active creator and artist, this unique opportunity to enjoy the dream worlds that have been created here sofar.

All financial proceeds from possible rentals will be 100% invested in this project and benefit the conservation, restoration and necessary constructions efforts! By renting the premises in this manor, you automatically become an active supporter and part of this unique art project!
